These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Felcin LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of the Tradedeck application and website at tradedeckk.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your registration information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account.
Tradedeck helps contractors document work, manage clients and projects, and search records using AI. Features and availability may change over time.
You agree not to: violate law or third-party rights; upload content you lack rights to or that is unlawful or infringing; falsify records; interfere with or breach the Service's security; reverse engineer or scrape except as permitted by law; or use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of the documents, photos, and records you submit ("User Content") and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents — including from your clients and any individuals in photos — to submit User Content and to store client information in the Service.
The Service uses AI to organize and search your records. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not legal advice and do not guarantee that your documentation will prevail in any dispute, chargeback, or legal proceeding. You are responsible for your own records and decisions.
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Company and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it under these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., Google Firebase, Anthropic), whose terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding AI accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service anytime. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, with exclusive jurisdiction in Connecticut courts unless the parties agree to binding arbitration. Disputes will be resolved individually; you waive participation in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
